Terms & Conditions: Special Guest Appearance

1. Special Guest Ticket Package Purchase of the Luis “Big Lou” Tanahara VIP Autograph Package is priced at $75.00. This package includes admission to the event and one (1) autograph session with our scheduled special guest,Luis “Big Lou” Tanahara

2. Guest Cancellation & Schedule Changes While every effort is made to ensure the appearance of our special guest, appearances are subject to change due to professional commitments, illness, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances ("Force Majeure").

3. Refund Policy (Non-Appearance) In the unlikely event that the special guest is unable to appear or complete the scheduled autograph session:

  • Partial Refund: Ticket holders of this specific package will be entitled to a refund of $50.00.

  • Non-Refundable Portion: The remaining $25.00 will be retained by Left Coast Scale Classic as a non-refundable administrative fee which grants the holder full General Admission access to the remainder of the event.

  • Processing: Refunds will be automatically processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the event date.

4. Limitation of Liability The $50.00 refund constitutes the sole remedy for the special guest's non-appearance. Left Coast Scale Classic is not responsible for any consequential losses or expenses incurred by the attendee, such as travel or accommodation costs.
