To Register as an official vendor for the 2026 Left Coast Scale Classic, fill out the form on this page and click submit

• Vendor Tables - $65.00 Each which includes an 8 foot table and 2 chairs.

• No limit on the number of tables per vendor

• All confirmed vendors will be announced on all social media channels as well as this website with links back to their company websites.

• Doors will be open at 7:00 AM on the day of the event for VENDOR SET-UP only. Set-up MUST be completed by 9:00 AM. 

• Event opens to the public at 9:00 AM.

• ​NO VENDOR BREAKDOWN BEFORE 3:00pm

• ​Note: Cancellations prior to one week before the event will be charged a $20.00 per table fee which will be deducted from their refund. No-Shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event will not be afforded any refunds.

• THIS IS A SHOW DEDICATED TO THE HOBBIEST! WE REQUEST THAT THE VENDORS PLEASE HOLD OFF FROM BUYING FROM EACH OTHER UNTIL AFTER THE DOORS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!!
